The practice of yoga by the sea brings a deep purification of the body and mind thanks to the regenerative sea baths, the iodized air that the body needs, an instant relaxation of the mind by contemplating this landscape of immensity of the "great blue of the sea", the light, the observation of fish, the smells of summer plants etc. Yoga in the water improves the fluidity of our movements, our joints. The tired body regains energy and vitality thanks to the many trace elements absorbed in sea water. It is a valuable aid to soothe the joints and relax the muscles. Letting yourself be rocked by the sea, breathing the pure air and accompanying this process of cleansing the body and mind with yogic practices and a good diet, is the path to regaining control of our physical and mental health. An unforgettable experience of well-being! This course is for women. During this course we will practice yoga, chanting, meditation, water yoga and yoga/dance. Ayurvedic meal preparation workshops will be offered.

This workshop is for people interested in perfecting their yoga skills with a program starting at 07:00 and ending in the evening with a beach outing with practice, paddle, and swimming. During this workshop, you will experience a process of intense practice of Hatha yoga, Qi gong, and meditation, yoga philosophy, and live cooking in an Ayurvedic workshop. This workshop is therefore for people who wish to be in a sustained practice. Besides, thanks to the Mediterranean seaside environment and its mild climate until December, the proximity of nature and the sea bursting with light, this is the ideal place to harmonize your body to your mind and achieve optimal physical and mental health. In October, the water is still good for swimming.
