If you are looking to deepen your yoga practice whilst holidaying in a culturally diverse oasis, then this is the retreat for you! In this yoga retreat, you will not only be nurtured and encouraged to explore your asana practice but also to enjoy the beautiful Caribbean beaches. It is a great opportunity to reconnect yourself with nature and to re-energize and unwind.
07:30 - Morning yoga class (tailored to your needs)
09:00 - Breakfast, followed by free time to enjoy some of the optional activities
17:30 - Evening yoga class (Yin yoga and meditation)
You will learn about myofascial release techniques, how to sequence a Yin and Yang yoga class, how to connect with the power of your breath and find harmony both physically and mentally. There will be a special breathwork session with a dedicated therapist and a powerful cacao and sound healing ceremony, to let go of all the things holding you down and open your hearts to new opportunities and possibilities.
You will stay in a beautiful and cozy glamping spots, which are the perfect blend of ecological and luxury. These sustainable glamping spots are secure, sturdy, bug free and full of creative beauty. There are six glamping spots and a large luxury dome. There are 4 bathrooms, two with hot showers.
The yoga practices will be held at the Kuan Yin Temple, which is newly built with sustainable, native materials at Nemetona Sacred Space. In the temple, you will find the very spirit of kindness, mercy, compassion and love. Kuan Yin is the Bodhisattva goddess who is regarded in Buddhism as the embodiment of compassion, as "she who hears the cries of the world". She's also believed to act as a bridge that connects ordinary people with deeply intellectual and spiritual ideas. Upon entering the temple, you will feel the embodiment of compassion.
