07:45-08:30 - breakfast
09:00-11:00 - Yoga awakening of the body, pranayama and meditation
11:30-12:00 - short walk
12:00-14:00 - free lunch break (not included)
2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - free time, swimming, hiking, shopping or excursion
17:30-18:30 - gentle regenerating yin yoga
19:00-20:30 - dinner
After 8:30 p.m. - free time: bars, fado evening

Pre + Postpartum Yoga Course Inclusions:
This training provides registered Yoga Teachers with the skills and certification to teach nourishing Pre and Postpartum Yoga sessions, classes and and focuses on the practical application of your new teaching skills to assist pregnant and postpartum mothers.
