In this comprehensive online Ayurveda program, students will gain knowledge and experience of the healing science of Ayurveda and the Doshas.
This course takes you through not only the physical improvements a knowledge of Ayurveda brings, but also the mental and emotional improvements that can be seen when implementing this ancient wisdom and practices in your daily life.

09:00-11:00 - Yoga awakening of the body, pranayama and meditation
11:30-12:00 - short walk
12:00-14:00 - free lunch break (not included)
2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - free time, swimming, hiking, shopping or excursion
17:30-18:30 - gentle regenerating yin yoga
19:00-20:30 - dinner
