Restorative yoga
Restorative yoga is part of the Yoga tradition. In this tradition, work with the body and mind is an important part. These practices are combined with holistic workshops, whose dynamics attempt to facilitate internal changes and develop awareness and exploration of these energy centers in an easy and relaxed way. The workshops will be chosen according to personal needs.

Holistic Detox is a deep work to eliminate physical, emotional and mental toxins, with a careful and personalized program of restoration and maintenance of the digestive system which affects all other systems. Did you know that 80% of the immune system is found in the intestine and this is our second brain?
Toxins from the intestinal villi and deposits in the intestinal tract due to poor diet, poisons, stress, medications and more can lead to deficiency states and diseases, even with a healthy and vital nutritious diet. To accompany this detox, yoga tools and holistic psychology will be used, with the help of Ana Isabel Tomé, licensed Clinical Psychologist.

During this retreat, you will be served three meals daily, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food will be vegetarian and mostly organic with a detox focus. You will receive valuable information about the principles of yoga and the Ayurvedic diet and how to incorporate health into your daily routines. In addition, the food, organic and vegetarian, will be balanced, complete and include vital foods. Tea and infusions are also included.
