Daily yoga class
There will be daily Hatha Vinyasa classes led by Maja, co-creator of Casa Arkaana, and a restorative Yin class led by Amanda. Each yoga class will be carefully tailored to the intention of the day, potentializing the benefits of all the other activities and experiences.
Highlights:-
Guests will be provided abundant, nutritious, delicious, plant-based meals prepared by the in-house chef. Vibrant meal plans will be made using high-quality ingredients which are nutritionally balanced to support your system in its process of regenerating and recharging.
The in-house chef is a graduated and experienced culinary artist and plant-based nutritionist who specializes in whole-body nourishment tailored to the needs of the group and the program.
