Well quite easy. My message is to update your life quality, expand your energy, let your heart overflow, whenever you want to feel it, and not depend on anything in this world, solely on yourself and your decision to do so. I don’t even get up in the morning until all my cells are lit up and fired up to be happy. There is no Alladin needed, no romantic partner, no comfort needed, no job, no dreams having to come true (although it’s always good to have them in place).
It took me thousands of kilometers of pilgrimage hundreds of books and lectures, finding my role models and of course, practice, to find out that happiness is self-made. I practiced for a whole year, to not be dependent on anyone anymore for it to happen. 365 days, of no workplace, no relationship, no agenda, not letting any negative thoughts slide by without my attention, and at the end of my pilgrimage not even traveling was important anymore.
Happiness still lets sadness come up, and even stress as normal warning signs in life, but the background program is a utopic state of being happy all the time.
