SEJATI SPA at Bagus Jati has established and successfully implemented authentic and quality driven criteria for holistic health and wellbeing services through its offering on: Rejuvenating, Stress Relief, Anti-aging and Detox treatments and massage along with Ayurveda treatment.
The spa lobby forms the entrance to our health and wellbeing facilities. The architecture is influenced by Balinese temples using a long central staircase. Each of the individual spa rooms has its own private water garden or views over the jungle valley. Our experienced therapists offer various massages and treatments. The spa pavilion completes thermal hydrotherapy bath and herbal steam.
Sejati Massage
This completed body massage is based on Balinese massage which is our signature and popular massage since the retreat opening and added our experienced therapist’s sense to soothe your tired muscles tension. Please tell your therapist where a lot of tension is if you have specific stiffness points.
Deep tissue Massage
Based on the traditional Balinese oil massage, this massage penetrates to further deep parts of the muscles with a strong pressure by the elbow. This massage is effective for alleviating muscle tension and helps smooth flow of blood and lymph. It is recommended for those who like strong massage and those who feel stiffness in the waist and back part.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage is a natural therapy in which warmed stones are positioned on parts of the body to maximize the therapeutic benefit. Combined with lymph massage are beneficial for blood circulation and to release your stress on both physical and psychological levels.
