Come get your feet wet! This fun retreat includes morning and afternoon SUP yoga classes in our gorgeous natural spring. If, at times the weather is not suitable, on land yoga sessions would be held in a stunning yoga space that looks out on the surrounding natural beauty.
The soundscape (the natural chorus of wind, birds, monkeys, and insects) will transport you to a place of natural serenity deep within yourself during your practice; especially in Savasana, the final resting pose.
There will be a variety of styles practiced during the retreat: Hatha, gentle, flow, restorative, and yoga Nidra. Two sessions will be practiced on dry land in the beautiful yoga shala. Meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques) will also be practiced daily.

Everyone can learn and practice SUP yoga. Tambo Ilusión offers the ideal environment for beginner SUP yoga practitioners as super smooth and calm water makes it easier with balance. If you are an experienced yogi then you shall dive in this amazing practice that will challenge you in a fantastic way.
Highlights:-
Enjoy delicious wholesome vegetarian meals which are prepared 3 times daily. Fruits and vegetables are fresh and seasonal. Some of the fruit comes from their own trees (citrus, papayas, mangos, bananas, star fruit and more). Each meal includes a fresh salad.
Dishes prepared for guests: hummus with roasted vegetables, vegetarian adaptations of Peruvian dishes like squash stew, vegetable soup with amaranth, quinoa with sautéed vegetables, etc.
Special dietary needs can be accommodated with advance notice. As any type of food can attract animals and insects, no food may be kept in the tambos (rooms). All food items may be kept in the kitchen.
