Each of our retreats include meditation & journaling practices to help you refresh your mindset and dip your toes in self discovery. Don't worry you won't have to hold a perfect meditation pose for hours. We are all about balance. Think meditation in a gorgeous field or laying down with your eyes close. If you already have a meditation practice great! If you're new the practice, welcome aboard.
Unleash your adventurous side and enjoy daily yoga, meditation, and hiking in beautiful Patagonia. We will be staying at an award-winning, sustainable dome hotel in Torres del Paine National Park that will allow you to reconnect with yourself and the natural world. Get ready to dust off your hiking shoes and explore the 8th natural wonder of the world. The magical landscape of Patagonia is ready for you.You will start your mornings with energizing yoga flows, the afternoon is filled with creative workshops such as painting in the Andes mountains or hiking to hidden waterfalls. In the evenings, you will rest and restore your bodies with rejuvenating yoga practices, sound healing, and breathwork.
A mix of energizing Vinyasa flows and Restorative classes will be offered daily throughout the retreat. Claudia is known for her powerful, dynamic flows. Codi will guide you through multiple breathwork workshops to help refresh your mindset and release any trapped emotions.

Nutritious breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served while on retreat. All meals are vegetarian and vegan friendly. The food offered is organic, vegan, and sustainably sourced from the gardens within the grounds. Enjoy the opportunity to feed your bodies, minds, and spirits with well-being, strength, and happiness. The dishes at Samandhi are organic and nutritious. Each meal is prepared by gastronomic artists-chefs, strengthening your immune system with superfoods: maca, pollen, honey, and others.
