Wonderland Healing Center welcomes you to enjoy this one-of-a-kind Aerial Yoga retreat in the paradise jungle of Koh Phangan.
During this week you will enjoy a daily Aerial class, alongside a wide variety of other yoga, meditation, and movement classes.
While practicing Aerial Yoga with the swings you’ll learn to maneuver the fabric so that you hold poses and perform back-flips, headstands, and other poses inside it, to support your feet.
When losing your point of stability, you’ll start to engage your core immediately and your core strength will improve dramatically.
This program is designed to support a holistic experience and promote a deeper connection with your body, mind, and spirit.
Alongside our daily classes, we offer varied evening events and guests can relax and renew with a Thai massage, or choose a treatment from our holistic healing treatment menu.
Our luxurious facilities also include an outdoor pool, an herbal steam sauna, and an ice bath.
