You will learn prana energy, mantras, mudras, asanas, Tantra yoga, yoga flow, meditation, self-massage, how to awaken kundalini, as well as exercises to harmonize the chakras, prana, and meditation. It is personal growth, self-love, and respect for yourself and your limits. It is to awaken your inner power.
