Experience Overview
Marbella Wellness & Fitness Retreats are a reboot of your mind, body and spirit. Each day of your retreat provides you with a unique opportunity to experience various workouts from our expert training team.
Enjoy 2-4 classes/sessions/activities per day. Think of beach fitness, yoga, pilates or even dance and martial arts.
All outdoors and near or on the Marbella beaches. Cycle on beautiful country roads through the Andalusian nature, run on the famous Marbella beach boulevard, experience beach runs, yoga, zumba, kick-boxing or pilates as the sun rises.
Go even paddle boarding, trail running or let´s hike in the hills of the beautiful Juanar or the Sierra Bermeja. Relax and feel rejuvenated after your massage and Spa visit and enjoy beautiful peaceful evenings with superb views from your private terrace.
You will leave our retreats feeling fitter and more relaxed and our training team will empower you with the knowledge to make healthy choices/decisions once you return home.

Lunch will be personalized to your body and activity with calories, protein, and carbohydrates. Dinners buffet or a la carte depending on our hotel /restaurant choice. Every group is different and so our food-choices will be different too.

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, we will refund the amounts paid minus a €200,00 cancellation fee. For instance, there will be no refund in case of cancellation within four weeks of arrival, and as a result, exceptions on request only.
