MBestcare is a Wellness Tour Operator in Tenerife, the Canary Islands, focused on Wellbeing holidays and Wellbeing experiences. Our aim is to promote health and wellbeing through activities that enhance mental and physical balance, and achieve a more harmonized life.
Our team consist of local, and highly experienced trainers, coaches, therapists, masseurs and wellbeing guides, dedicated of taking care of you while you relax and discover the beauty of the Canary Islands!
The hotel includes a variety of gastronomic options that are designed for each need and requirement such as a selection of gourmet foods that are low in calories, organic, and natural, giving a balance between flavour and health - as well as dishes that are carefully prepared, promoting the smart consumption of proteins and carbohydrates.
