Students who complete the training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).
The 500-hour yoga teacher training in Bali is designed to cover all of the advanced study and practice of yoga. The yoga instructors will train students in the asanas, pranayama, meditation, yoga therapy, and mantras in addition to yoga philosophy and anatomy. A 500-hour yoga teacher training program is for individuals who wish to advance their own yoga practice, become highly qualified yoga instructors, and enhance their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
As part of this training program, we also place a strong emphasis on developing personally. We provide a welcoming environment where you may study theory and participatory teaching techniques while also practicing yoga. Students who complete a 500-hour yoga teacher training program will get a Yoga Alliance certification.
Overview
Hatha yoga is the traditional method of practicing yoga postures which includes aligning the body posture, getting rid of toxins, losing weight, overall health, taking away fatigue, and relaxing the mind. Finally, it leads to stillness and prepares one to meditate.
Benefits of Pranayama
Daily pranayama trains the lungs and improves the capacity of the respiratory system immensely. Pranayam directly works on the nervous system. Daily pranayama positively affects the autonomic nervous system which controls and governs essential functions of the body like the heart rate, respiration, and blood pressure, etc.
In keeping with the requirements of Yoga Alliance - USA, 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training In Bali, Indonesia, the program follows a tight schedule where almost each of the 6 to 7 training hours in the day are assigned to some aspect of yoga. You could find the training intensive but enlightening.
Depending on the yoga school the mornings can begin as early as 5:30 a.m. with meditation followed by some yoga postures and maybe some classes or lectures in philosophy or anatomy.
Chanting and pranayama are also part of the schedule. During training, you are provided with two to three yoga meals, fruit refreshments, and green tea. Daily written homework is also the norm as that is how you gain in-depth knowledge of the subject. Sleeping early is encouraged as that is part of yogic practice.
The food we provide is always fresh and clean, as organic as possible, and primarily with some vegetarian choices since they place high importance on living a healthy lifestyle.
