Examine the construction of the spine and learn how to cure back pain with traction and decompression. Receive additional online classes for more detailed information about muscles, bones, fascia, functional anatomy, and biomechanics.
This course is beginner-friendly. You do not need any experience. ULU Yoga mostly teaches beginners how to teach beginners, but in such great detail that even experienced practitioners will still gain deep knowledge and skills. You will receive a variety of dynamic workshops, but you do not do advanced complicated poses.
