Soulful "Boutique" Yoga Holiday Spain in small groups providing retreats in a cozy and comfortable setting. Slow down, resource, rejuvenate, and transform in Samadhi Lodge, 9 kilometers from the beach in the beautiful typical Andalucian white mountain village Sayalonga. Samadhi Lodge offers creative Vinyasa / Hatha and meditative Yin yoga classes, meditation and hiking in beautiful surroundings, cooking classes, kayak and paddle excursions, delicious and healthy vegetarian/vegan meals, inspiring talks, and more in a warm and personalized family setting. Yoga and hiking are the focus of this package.
Because a healthy and happy mind and the body start on the plate, nourishing, natural and clean food is a priority for Samadhi Lodge.
They serve breakfast and dinner. The meals are sometimes vegetarian but mostly vegan, sugar-free, with special attention to gut health. Due to the small group size, we can also cater to other dietary requirements. Please specify at booking.
The breakfast includes coffee or tea, freshly squeezed lemon or orange juice (from the garden), fruit basket (with some produces from the garden), homemade kefir and soy yogurt, greek yogurt, special homemade sugarfree granola, eggs, bread, jams, and local honey.
The dinner menu is generally composed of a delicious healthy gourmet main course and a dessert (mostly sugar and gluten-free). Please keep in mind that due to seasons or other circumstances changes can be operated.
