Experience Overview
If you need to purify yourself, cleanse your body to give it strength and energy, this is your program. A short but very effective stay in which you will cleanse your body deeply and achieve a short-term reset to focus on a new, healthier lifestyle.
Do you need to feel better inside and out? We suggest you spend a few days at MasQi to give your body the energy it needs, purifying and cleansing your body. We will carry out a Detox diet, based on liquids (broths, smoothies and infusions), with which we will also be able to improve our health and rejuvenate our appearance. This program is completed with yoga classes, lots of rest and walks in the middle of nature.
You will get 3 days full board following their detox diet (broths, smoothies, and infusions, with all organic ingredients and alkalizing supplements), emphasizing the cleansing of your body to feel more revitalized at the end of the program. Their Kukicha Tea is always at your disposal, digestive, alkaline, and antioxidant.

Welcome session where we will explain the procedures, schedules and guidelines to follow in the Detox program.
Delivery of the “Detox Chest” with the glove for cleaning the skin, tongue scraper, and hot water bottle.
3 nights in accommodation in the room of the chosen category.
