Experience Overview
Kick start your day with a slow, flowing and energising yoga practice. We’ll wake our bodies with some pranayama and gentle flowy movements before we move into a slightly more dynamic practice that will get your energy pumping for the day ahead. End the class in savasana with the sounds of the ocean lulling you into a serene start to your Sunday.
Enjoy this deeply relaxing and restorative practice in a boutique studio close to Arc du Triomf/Marina. We’ll ease into long-held stretches that relieve tension in the body as well as supporting the calming of the mind. We’ll close the class with a 10 minute sound bath that will send you even deeper into a state of pure relaxation. It’s like a hug in a class, the perfect way to relax and prepare the body for sleep.
Food has always been the way to hearts. And so, Lauren Brady yoga will keep you nourished with a healthy and delicious homemade brunch each morning and a nutritious and tasty dinner each evening. All made fresh each day and filled with love from the in-house chef.
