38 Day 300 Hour Lunar Alchemy Yoga Teacher Training Ashram Experience in Cusco, Peru

If you are interested in a retreat-style yoga teacher training, this experience is for you. It is an opportunity to live in a period of yogic lifestyle in a comfortable eco-ashram in the Sacred Valley of Cusco, Peru. Instructions will be offered in English and/or Spanish. Join now and follow through with a "simple life, higher thinking” mindset.

All organic farm-to-table meals and comfortable peaceful housing is included during the Teacher Training Retreat with the exceptions of Saturdays and Sundays. These “free” days are moments to relax and integrate the teachings. Meals will not be provided, however there is a kitchen available for cooking. We are also located only 20 mins from Pisac in local transportation, and 40 mins from Cusco, where there are lots of amazing vegetarian and vegan restaurants and well as Incan Ruins and other mystical places to explore.

Training

During your 300-hour retreat, you will give yourself the gift of harmonizing with your innermost essence, other beings, and the world that surrounds you.

Certifications

Upon completion of this course, you will be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a 200-hour registered yoga teacher.

In this course, you will learn about four modules:

• Thai yogic massage - sequence that physically and energetically creates balance
• Yin yoga - techniques to cultivate your personal practice, opens connective tissues in the body, and teaching of lunar Yin sequences
• Yoga therapeutics - develop personal and group plans to heal and prevent injuries with yoga, anatomy, chakra therapy, classes for beginners, prenatal, chair yoga and more
• Ayurveda, yoga, nutrition and cooking - India's ancient science of health; learn how to be in "swasta" (situated in harmony with your being) and develop personal therapy plans
• In between each module, there will be some gap days which will be free time for students.

• A reservation requires a deposit of 25% of the total price.
• The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
• The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
