We consider ourselves a yoga family and are an authentic, heart-centered Yoga School led by Amy, Casey, Chris, Katrien and India.
We have a passion for teaching teachers, and strive to uphold the heart of the yogic tradition whilst incorporating knowledge from cutting-edge, modern sports science.
Our teacher training programs and retreats are small-group deep journeys, with a focus on self-transformation and an exceptionally high standard of education. As yoga teachers, we consider ourselves to be in service to our students and the small intimate group size means that we are able to give each student the support and personal attention needed to make this month a truly life-changing experience.
We carefully choose locations that are comfortable, beautiful, peaceful and conducive to deep work. This means that although we are within an hour of an airport, our weekdays are in nature, free from the distractions of tourist nightlife and the modern world. At the same time, we are close enough to the town that on your day off you can go sightseeing, shopping or explore the tourist center.
On a Path of Yoga teacher training, the teachers live in the retreat center with you, and we share all of our meals together. This means that you get an extraordinary amount of access and personal attention, which is a key aspect of what makes our offering a unique and once in a lifetime experience.
Our teacher training graduates have gone on to teach in their own communities, start businesses, and run retreats.
