Experience Overview
We will be studying the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Anatomy of Yoga, Pranayama and Aryuveda among other subjects. After the first 4 trainings the students will begin to guide the class.
We will end the year with a 200 HR internationally recognized Yoga Alliance Teaching Certificate
The training can also be taken as a means to deepen your yogic understanding and all are welcome.
