The early morning practice brings you the traditional style of Hatha Yoga. This practice is built slowly from the first week to the last week. The intensity gets deeper from intermediate to advanced levels of practice. You will discover Subtle Alignments of every asana with its variations, techniques and tips to practice, which are explored daily in Asana Clinic. As a skilled Hatha Yoga Teacher, you should know the safe practices as well as different levels of teaching the same asanas. Exploring, practising and getting experience in the Art of Hands-on Adjustments is also essential. These Hands-on Adjustments can enhance your understanding of asanas and the teaching of Hatha Yoga. You will also be working on building your Self Practice, as this is one of the aspects yoga teachers lack. You will work on the building, tasting the personal practice of Hatha Yoga, the foundation of a Hatha Yoga Teacher.

Workshop Highlights
Yogic Indian Food is served during the Yoga Teacher Training that is suitable for the Yoga practice of our students that also help in detoxifying the body for yogic practices. Besides nutritional value, we love to give a glimpse of the local food taste of Mysore.
We don’t offer meat, fish, and eggs, which are considered stimulating/lethargic for yogic practices. The yogic food is seasoned with mild spices, which are part of the Ayurvedic diet.
All food is prepared with filtered water in our clean and spacious kitchen, where we give utmost importance to the hygiene of all the food items and cooks.
Students with a preference for Vegan and Gluten-free diets can comfortably manage here. You will have Brown Bread, Muesli, and Cornflakes with Fruits for Breakfast, while lunch and Dinner include Salads, Vegetables, Lentils, Beans, Rice, and Wheat items, Soups and Desserts on occasion.
We design the menu to calm down the body-mind while you are undergoing detoxification during the intensive practice/course, which generates a lot more heat in the body and mind, and is beneficial to the intense Yoga practice.
All foods are served Buffet-style, and you can take as much as you want.
