Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga & Fitness is ideal for all levels from complete beginners and beyond. You will get a full body gentle stretching workout, with the added benefit of calming the mind as well as creating greater flexibility, strength and staying power. The boards are really big, big enough to perform the poses on with ease, and you will see immediately that you do not have to worry about falling in. Every individual I have taught has LOVED it and people are genuinely surprised at how easy and comfortable it is. A SUP YOGA & FITNESS session will leave you feeling open, balanced and calm. It is a non-competitive sport where the focus is on the mind and the body. There is no judgement and no pressure in my classes – so just relax and enjoy!

WHERE COULD IT TAKE YOU?
PRE-REQUISITES
Experience of practicing Yoga.
Able to swim a minimum of 50 meters.
Stand Up Paddle experience is a bonus but not essential, as we will teach you the basics required.
Teaching yoga on a SUP board is a completely different experience to a land yoga class, so please do not assume that because you know yoga, you can automatically teach SUP yoga (this is a mistake I have often seen). This course will give you all of the knowledge and skills you need to be successful.

If you cannot attend a class that you have booked, please cancel giving a minimum of 24 hours´ notice. If you do not cancel within this timeframe, or if you are a no-show, you will still be charged full price for the session. Please note that all of my private sessions are tailor-made and require planning time so that I can deliver individually catered programs specifically for you and your needs. With the summer season beginning there is a much higher demand for my yoga sessions. Be good to others, if you can´t make a class cancel in good time so that another may have an opportunity to enjoy the benefits of yoga.
