This project has been formed by a team of specialists in somatic psychology techniques, body therapy, sound therapy, yoga, meditation, shamanism, vegan diet and holistic nutrition. The result is an immersive and comprehensive psychosomatic experience, created in a space of trust, community and connection with nature and other people.

These workshops are designed in a way that suits all levels and physical abilities so everyone is welcome to join us on these day retreats.
Claire’s compassionate mindful teaching style aims to make yoga attainable for everybody so whether you are completely new to yoga, have an existing injury or are a seasoned yogi you should find the retreat day interesting, and rewarding and hopefully take home some new perspectives and practices with you.
Classes & workshops will include; Gentle Flow Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation
Props will be provided but please bring your own mat and blanket.

Buffet-type breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Options to accommodate all needs: healthy and light, high in protein and/or complex carbohydrates, low in refined sugar and/or simple carbohydrates, gluten-free, allergies, etc.
Breakfast: fresh seasonal fruits, gourmet granola and vegan yogurt, oatmeal or whole-grain pancakes, main dish with side dish. For example, green enchiladas stuffed with mushrooms and seasonal mushrooms, accompanied by cream and vegan grated cheese, lettuce, and refried organic beans.
Food: starter and/or soup, main dish, dessert. Examples for Saturday, are seasonal vegan pizzas funghi, pear with walnut, margarita, autumnal salad, and raw ganache chocolate cake.
Dinner: soup, sourdough bread, and different options to make a sandwich or toast with bread. A lentil soup, minestrone, ramen, or other.
Snacks and drinks bar all day. Coffee until noon, teas and water all day. Bar elixirs and ceremonial cocoa on Saturday during the dance and conscious movement.
