Experience Overview
When you are physically, emotionally or mentally tense you breathe badly. Breathing controls your energy level and quality; There is a form of breathing behind each emotion, behind each thought, and if these are negative they cause physical tensions that after a time become fixed and prevent you from breathing in another way, creating a vicious circle, a pattern that locks you in bodily habits and negative psycho-emotional. In this retreat you will learn to breathe correctly.
The food is organic and local, cooked with a lot of love and talent by the chef and host.
