Experience Overview
Do you feel mentally saturated and need a break? Do you want to learn to improve and deepen your meditation? In this retreat you will learn and practice yoga and meditation techniques focused on freeing the mind. The sessions will be multilevel, so don't worry if you have never practiced yoga or meditated or if you are already a practitioner and want to advance further.
The food is organic and local, cooked with a lot of love and talent by the chef and host.
