Experience Overview
The teacher training at Hot Yoga Academy in Barcelona (parent company Yogalinda) is directed toward anyone who is interested in exploring the essence of yoga and refining their practice both for personal enrichment and for becoming a yoga teacher. The course is very practical, you will have ample time to practice teaching and learning how to create your own vinyasa sequences safely.
