Welcome to the Path of Yoga!
We consider ourselves a yoga family and are an authentic, heart-centred Yoga School led by Amy, Chris, Katrien and India.
We have a passion for teaching teachers, and strive to uphold the heart of the yogic tradition whilst incorporating knowledge from cutting-edge, modern sports science.
Our teacher training programs and retreats are small-group deep journeys, with a focus on self-transformation and an exceptionally high standard of education. As yoga teachers, we consider ourselves to be in service to our students and the small intimate group size means that we are able to give each student the support and personal attention needed to make this month a truly life-changing experience.
We carefully choose locations that are comfortable, beautiful, peaceful and conducive to deep work. This means that although we are within an hour of an airport, our weekdays are in nature, free from the distractions of tourist nightlife and the modern world. At the same time, we are close enough to the town that on your day off you can go sightseeing, shopping or explore the tourist centre.
On a Path of Yoga teacher training, the teachers live in the retreat centre with you, and we share all of our meals together. This means that you get an extraordinary amount of access and personal attention, which is a key aspect of what makes our offering a unique and once in a lifetime experience.
Our teacher training graduates have gone on to teach in their own communities, start businesses, and run retreats.
Although we have grown to offer several yoga teacher trainings each year, we have never lost our small family vibe which is at the heart and centre of everything we do.
As we are always striving for the highest quality; all of our 200 hour and 300 hour YTT courses are Yoga Alliance certified. This means you will be eligible to become a Yoga Alliance certified teacher, enabling you to teach world-wide and become a Registered Yoga Teacher.

Munay Sonqo, Sacred Valley Peru
Munay Sonqo is a beautiful nature-inspired yoga and transformational retreat center in the Sacred Valley of Peru. We’ve mindfully created this intentional space for spiritual seekers, yogis, plant medicine tribe, and those looking for a reconnection to the natural world.
At Munay Sonqo we have a heart-felt mission to create a nurturing environment for healing, learning, regeneration, and expansion.
MISSION-
We help retreat leaders and facilitators to host powerful transformational retreats for their guests so they can share their gifts with the world, without the stress of managing the minute details and logistics. We provide a loving natural space with next level facilities and give back to support our local community through our NGO Sach’a Munay.
VISION -
Munay Sonqo is Peru’s premier yoga and transformational retreat center. Serving our guests with embodied love and passion that we extend to our local community and environment through regenerative practices and our social projects and NGO. We are proud to be a leading example of conscious business by not only focusing on profit but also purpose through our social and environmental responsibility.
The Munay Sonqo Mesa is located at the top eastern corner of the property, with open views of the surrounding mountains and sacred rock formations of Apu Pitusiray.
The gardens and water features in this section provide a peaceful space to reflect, practice stillness and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding nature.
The Munay Sonqo Mesa is home to our largest yoga temple. And the accommodations consist of four bungalows, each with 2-4 luxury rooms with their own separate entrances.

Qualilla Spa-
The Qualilla Spa experience is a gentle weaving of the relaxation of body, mind, and spirit within nature’s embrace.
We offer a combination of holistic wellness and healing arts, from alternative and modern therapies, in connection with the wisdom and mysticism of the Incas.
Three abundant Vegetarian meals per day are included, as well as Kangan filtered water and a selection of teas.
Many of the ingredients used come from the organic farms of the NGO the center supports: Sach’a Munay.
We can also cater to vegan, gluten free and dairy free requests.
We provide high-vibrational meals tailored to our guest’s transformational journeys.
The produce we use is locally-grown, fresh, and mostly organic from the farms of our Ngo Sach’a Munay, who also provides us with hearty organic eggs.
Meals are vegetarian, however, chicken and fish can be served upon request.
Our water comes from the above mountains and is filtered through a Kangan filter.
Our phenomenal Peruvian chefs, love to adapt their cooking to each unique group’s needs and desires. We can cater to various dietary restrictions including Gluten free, Dairy free, and Vegan.
