It is firmly believed that yoga is not about mastering the asanas and postures, it is a journey for both the students and gurus. An individual evolves as he or she explores the deeper layers of yoga. The art and science of yoga is dedicated to creating a union between body, mind, and spirit. Its objective is to assist you in using the breath and body in a way to foster an awareness of yourselves as individualized beings intimately connected to the unified whole of creation.
