The Facilities
The property itself comprises of the main communal house with a fully fitted kitchen, living room, dining room and TV/ media room. The communal house is complimented by our master villa and four guest villas. The master villa includes a spacious bedroom and bathroom suite, a twin bedroom, shared living room and plunge pool.
All guest villas include two main bedrooms suites and a shared living room. On the estates gracious and immaculately kept grounds, guests can enjoy seclusion in one of two meditation pavilions or a massage in the third pavilion. For the more active guest there is plenty of opportunity to stroll through the multilevel grounds enjoying the lush gardens and the shade of the olive trees. There is a 196 sqm lagoon style infinity pool with spectacular views and plenty of space for lounging.
Surrounding Area
During any spare time, guests can take a 20 minute walk to the ideally located, lively town of Nydri. Here guests can experience a variety of shops, bars, beach clubs, restaurants and water sports. The closest beach, Perigiali, can also be accessed easily from the property, either a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute drive away.
All meals are served buffet style for guests to help themselves. There is a drinks station which has infused water, regular water, tea and a variety of milks available throughout the day. Filter coffee and freshly squeezed juice is served at the breakfast buffet only. Catering is charged per head / per day with a minimum of 10 guests.
