The 300-hour multi-style yoga teacher training is a holy adventure that guides you on your yogic road to a higher state of awareness and self-discovery, as well as mastering how to become a highly trained and heart-centered yogi and advanced certified instructor. Learn and enhance your abilities as a yoga instructor, and obtain greater knowledge. Students who finish the course are qualified to become Registered Yoga Teachers with Yoga Alliance.

During this 200-hour multi-style yoga teacher training, there will be daily kirtan, or mantra chanting, which is one of the most fundamental yoga practices. Although the exercise is straightforward, the internal process it sparks is vast and mysterious. These lessons will be accompanied by a musician twice a week.
This course is specially designed to provide students with a full understanding of yogic concepts, practices, and philosophy, but mostly Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga, with some Yin, Nidra, and Kriya knowledge. You will be engaged in the ancient practice of yoga, exploring this knowledge in depth with enthusiastic instructors in a nourishing atmosphere for your heart and soul, with other spiritual searchers.
A team of experienced educators will help you improve your mindfulness. The retreat focuses on both Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, so you may practice true multi-style yoga, and learn more about yoga philosophy, anatomy, and physiology.

Vegetarian cuisine will be offered during this training. Buffets for breakfast, lunch, and supper are prepared just for your yoga teacher training. Fresh juices, salads, soups, appetizers, main dishes, fruits, healthy desserts, and nutritional, high-vibrational meals to satisfy any unique diet requirement. There are also all-day detox beverages, tea, coffee, and water available. Bali Yoga Retreat also caters to particular diets. Please notify them ahead of time if you have any food sensitivities.
The Food
Bali and India are well known for their beautiful taste in food. Yoga and Ayurveda teaches about how to balance the body through your diet. There are different foods that influence your different systems and elements. The students will enjoy the most tasty and healthy meals during this course.
The kitchen team is guided by the ashram and knows how to prepare food with spiritual feelings. They do not use any meat, eggs or alcohol in their kitchen. They also encourage students not to use them during the program.
