From a yogic perspective, food is much more than just a nutrition to the physical body. As a full-fledged yogic practice demands a proper supplementation of the body with nutrients, the energetic aspect of nutrition is also to be taken into consideration while determining your choice of diet. Following the teachings of Ayurveda, the students are provided with tasty vegetarian meals 3 times a day for the duration of the course. Our food is prepared very hygienically with love by our experienced and lovely kitchen team members. The meals are unlimited buffet style.
