Pre-requisites
All Yoga International ltd welcomes all dedicated yoga students ready to transform and grow their yoga practice on and off the mat while embracing a yoga lifestyle. Before signing up for their 200-hour Yin and Yang teacher training, they recommend that you have practiced a variety of yoga styles regularly or another yoga style for at least four to six months, or have sports/fitness training at a medium to high intensity. More importantly, they ask that you come with an open mind, are receptive to learning new knowledge, and be supportive to yourself and others.
Program
Combining modern teaching techniques with ancient wisdom, they will work with you to deepen your understanding of the yoga practice and lifestyle, no matter your level of practice. You will be encouraged to challenge yourself physically and spiritually and will emerge from the 200-hour yoga course ready to practice and teach safely with confidence and skill.
The yin yoga teacher training part of the course includes a 30-hour yin yoga teacher training and Chinese meridians teaching certification. Dive into the deeply nourishing practice of yin, the perfect complement to the yang practice, you’ll learn the fundamentals of yin yoga practice, and how it can break free from emotional obstacles and create balance and space in the body, mind, and spirit.
The Yang part of the training consists of 170 hours of fluid, rhythmic Hatha Vinyasa flow with an emphasis on linking internal awareness with external body movement. As well, they respect the way of traditional Hatha yoga and its powerful healing practices: kriyas (cleansing techniques), asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breath extension), dhyana (concentration), and dharana (meditation).

Included in the price of the course are three freshly made vegetarian meals per day. The kitchen is clean and hygienic and all of the vegetables are organic. The food is popular all over the globe for its taste and variety. Freshly cooked food that is consumed within 3-4 hours can be considered Sattvic. A Sattvic diet purifies the body and calms the mind. This diet creates peace within the body and mind, complimenting your yoga practice throughout your training.
The area offers plenty of local and international restaurant choices with vegetarian, vegan, and raw options - all within a walking distance from the shala. Prices range from more affordable local options, averaging around USD 4 a meal, to higher-end gourmet restaurants. On Nusa Lembogan, there is a range of healthy restaurants to choose from.
Some of the favorites are the fresh-baked banana bread and fruit smoothies from Eco-Deli; the vegetarian breakfast wraps and samosas from Tiger Lily; the falafel wrap and acai bowl from Ginger & Jamu; and the Quattro Formaggio pasta from Lemongrass.
If you love coffee, Eco-Deli and Ginger & Jamu serve specialty coffee such as lattes and cappuccino. Price is between 5 to 10 USD. If you like local Balinese food, there are many Warungs where you can find nasi goreng and gado gado. Prices are usually a little cheaper, ranging from 3 to 5 USD per dish.
