Experience Overview
Our next Yoga Teacher Training course runs in April 2024 and we would love to guide you up to teacher level during this time. Each course lasts 23 days, beginning on a Saturday and ending on a Sunday.
Our courses offer you an holistic approach to this joyful and health-sustaining practice, with the best of both an Eastern and Western approach to Yoga Teacher Training and a focus on pranayama; asana; chanting and meditation and an exploration in to the philosophy that forms the solid foundation of these practices, so that you can grow, develop and gain confidence in your practice and bring yoga fully in to your life, on and off the mat.
Have you always wanted to become a yoga teacher? Or perhaps you would like to deepen your practice? If you have been practicing yoga regularly for a while and are ready to delve deeper into the philosophy of the east and the science of the west, then this is the course that will suit you.
All meals are vegan and wheat free included in the price. At this moment in time, Yoga Sutra Shala is unable to cater to nut allergies or diets that are not balanced in all food groups such as the paleo diet. All other allergies can be catered for.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to come on the retreat or the teacher training course that you have
booked, please notify us at least a month before you are due to arrive and we can either:
1. Refund your deposit payment minus a 50€ administration fee.
or
2. Allocate your deposit to another retreat or teacher training course date that you specify
at the time of your cancellation.
If you cancel or postpone your retreat or teacher training course within a month of your
arrival date, your deposit payment will be kept by us to cover administration and contribute
towards the costs for filling your place.
An additional deposit payment will be due on any subsequent booking that you make.
