Our 21-day / 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course is the natural next step following a foundational 200hr program. The strong base you built in the 200 hrs yoga teacher training course will now be nurtured into professional skills as a Yoga teacher in this 300 hrs multi-style yoga teacher training course with a mix of onsite and onsite hybrid studies
Learn new skills, explore advanced poses and obtain 300/500HR Yoga Alliance certification. Train with world-class instructors who will take you further into the physical and theoretical aspects of Traditional Hatha Yoga and dynamic Vinyasa Flow. Also try Ashtanga, Yin, Aerial, Acro and SUP yoga. Dive deeper into life changing meditation techniques, sacred philosophy, biomechanic anatomy and hands on adjustments.

Your breakfast menu features an extensive selection of Western-inspired breakfast dishes, each carefully crafted to ensure a lovely start to your day after your morning Asana session.
Your Thai Lunch Buffet promises not just a meal, but a cultural journey through flavors. For dinner, you can eat at the resort or go to one of the many nearby beach restaurants only a few steps away from our location.
The Ulu Yoga team will encourage, but not force you to make healthy choices.
&There are many wonderful local markets, beach bars, and boutique cafes to explore. These include Locco’s Pizza, Coco Locco's on the Beach which offers a large variety of food (incl. Locco's pizza on the same menu), Amara, Vagga, Seaboard's Restaurant, and Bubba’s Roastery. If you head out to Srithanu or Hin Kong we recommend Taboon, Sea Tara, Karma Cafe, Eat Co., Sati Pot, Alcove, and Chana Masala. If you venture off to the Ban Tai area, Harmony Beach Club is the place to be.

Booking Info
You must cancel 30 days in advance to receive a refund of your deposit. There is a $50 cancellation fee. After that, your deposit is non-refundable. You should pay your balance 14 days before the course starts. If you miss the course due to illness or flight cancellation you can reschedule the date, or get credit for an online course. Accommodation may or may not be refundable, depending on which resort you choose and how much notice you give. No refunds are issued after the course begins.
