This training intends to give you a basic foundation of knowledge and practice to share Yoga Nidra practice in an integral way that respects the practice’s traditional teachings as devised by Swami Satyananda Saraswati. In addition to the core teachings we will be sharing Yoga Nidra-inspired practices that combine other techniques such as relaxation, hypnotherapy, healing, and self-development with yoga nidra to give you the foundation and qualification as a Meditative Relaxation Coach.

Module 1: Tribe Nidra-Inspired Practice
Are you looking for a way to support people towards better health and well-being and increase your earning potential? There is a massive need today for health and wellness coaches in all areas of society. Practices that reduce stress and anxiety, enhance relaxation, promote balance and healing, and encourage greater well-being are in demand. In module 1 we guide you from start to finish to create a yoga nidra-inspired practice that you can share with different audiences; in the workplace, prisons, hospitals, schools, and other organizations and groups throughout society, etc.
Module 2: Traditional Yoga Nidra & Meditative Relaxation
Following on from module 1, module 2 expands on your knowledge and understanding of all the elements that go together to offer a complete and effective yoga nidra practice. By deepening your understanding and relationship with the practice you will be able to transmit the Yoga Nidra and yoga nidra inspired practices to yoga students, friends & family, and corporate clients in a confident, integral, and authentic way.
Tribe Certification
On successful completion of the course to the required standard of competency and a minimum 95% attendance graduates receive the Tribe Nidra & Meditative Relaxation Coach Certification. Professional status to coach individuals and groups across society into better mental health and well-being through yoga nidra-inspired practices.
Meals are specially prepared in the venue kitchen under the supervision of the Tribe teachers who monitor the menu and are passionate that the meals are nutritious, healthy and conducive to yogic studies.
