Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to become a successful yoga teacher. It provides an in-depth exploration of the ancient art of yoga, including its history, philosophy, anatomy and physiology, asana practice, pranayama practice, meditation techniques and teaching methodology. Through this course, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of how to safely and effectively teach a variety of styles of yoga. With an emphasis on developing individual teaching skills and confidence, this course is ideal for those looking to pursue a career in yoga instruction or deepen their own practice.

7.45 am to 9.15 am Hatha Yoga
9.15 am to 10.00 am Breakfast
10.00 am to 11.00 pm Yoga Anatomy
11.30 pm to 12.30 pm Yoga Philosophy
1.00 pm to 2.00 pm Lunch
4.15 pm to 5.45 pm Ashtanga Vinyasa
6.00 pm to 7.00 pm Meditation & Mantra Chanting
7.15 pm to 8.00 pm Dinner

Experience Details
This 200 hrs yoga ttc goa is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to become a successful yoga teacher. You will learn about anatomy, physiology, sequencing, teaching methodology, yogic philosophy and lifestyle, as well as gain hands-on teaching experience. With this course, you will be able to confidently lead classes with confidence and ease.
Yoga Alliance certified courses are a great way to get high-quality training in the practice of yoga. This course has been designed to ensure that you receive the highest level of instruction and guidance. This course provides comprehensive instruction on all aspects of yoga, from asana practice and anatomy to meditation and philosophy. Our experienced instructors ensure that you will receive the best education available.
Expectations from students of 200 hrs yoga ttc goa
- Students should maintain proper discipline and decorum in the school environment.
- No alcohol, meat or smoking allowed on the campus.
- Students should abstain from the intake of intoxicants during the course.
- An attendance of 85% Is mandatory for the successful completion of the Yoga Alliance certificate.
- Any misbehaviour during the course in the campus or in classes will lead to a point of cancellation of your certificate even forceful abandonment from the campus.
- In case of any emergency, if a student needs to leave the course halfway, his/her money will not be reimbursed, however, he/she can attend the same course, at the same location at a different time with the permission of the organisers.
- A non-refundable fee of (25%) will be charged to book a seat for one time before the course.
- The school does not provide health insurance any damage covering during the course.
- A student will be responsible for his or her own wellbeing and must communicate his/her special needs and follow teachers’ advice to avoid injuries.
- The time table will be provided during the orientation and must be adhered to by all and sundry
