Vegetarian meals Students will have nutritious vegetarian food during their course. You will be provided with breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, except for Sunday lunch and dinners as it is a free day. The Food Bali and India are well known for their beautiful taste in food. The Ayurveda teaches about how to balance the body through your diet. There are different foods that influence your different systems and elements. The students will enjoy the most tasty and healthy meals during this course. The kitchen team is guided by the ashram and knows how to prepare food with spiritual feelings. They do not use any meat, eggs or alcohol in their kitchen. They also encourage students not to use them during the program.
A reservation requires a deposit of 30% of the total price. The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled. The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
