Experience Overview
This retreat is about a transformational process, activating you to do deep inner work in an intensive personal program to build your authentic foundation for life. There is an intertwined combination of theory, practice and experience of Kundalini Yoga, Breath Work, Ayurveda, Chakra philosophy and the principals that underly it. Including raising consciousness to deepen the relationship with your self.
This retreat is facilitated by a professional yogini with many years of experience in yoga, meditation, tantra and breath work facilitation. In the personal retreat you will practice techniques that support you on the path of self-discovery, healing and awakening. You will find guidance, support, and inspiration in a loving and open environment where you can be yourself.
The retreat is designed for personal guidance and is also very suitable to share with a friend or partner. It doesn’t matter what background you have, religion or upbringing, whether you have experience or not in meditation, yoga or spirituality, you are very welcome to join exactly as you are. It is proven to be effective for all levels of experience. You’ll receive a personalised plan with one-on-one attention, peace and quiet, and time to really connect with yourself.
During this retreat, you will be served daily vegan Ayurvedic breakfast / brunch, snacks, and lunch or dinner. Tea and water will be available all day.
