La Casa Shambala chose healthy nutritional diet for this training, a diet that consists of “pure, essential, natural, vital, energy-containing, clean, conscious, true, honest and wise” foods, meaning a diet that is simple and vegetarian.
The quality of the diet you receive while training is of vital importance to us, which is why we acquire true and locally sourced ingredients combined in very carefully thoughtout recipes so that you can detoxify the body in a paced manner, and ultimately calm the mind.
We are also happy to cater for any food allergies, intolerances or special dietary requirements.
