From the next day the actual treatment of Sandhi starts that incorporates elakhizi- a hot compress massage with leaf pouch, Kayavasti—Ayur joint therapy for easing pain, Shirodhara—a stream on medicated oil poured on forehead for relaxation, Abhyangham—massage on pain points with medicated oil, or prushtabyangham—an ayurvedic back massage to relieve pain. These 120 minutes duration wellness treatments can be personalized with prior consultation from the doctor as per requirements. Besides, there is a 90 minutes session of Sandhi that includes Abhyamgham along with Sadhyo Virechana—which cleanses the colon or Kaya lepa— a warm herbal therapy applied to relieve joint pains. Lastly, individuals can try for the Ayur face massage for revitalizing the inner skin beauty.

In the Sandhi Joint and Wellness program, individuals also have nirvanayoga for supporting the body weight and allowing mild stretching. Satvik meal is offered in this package along with healthy drinks. Chronic issues with health during the package are even taken care off.
