This 200 hours yoga course maintains the integrity of the yoga traditions and philosophy, blending India with Portugal in a beautiful and tranquil 8-bedroom sea view villa. The course explores the science behind your body and mind connection, its relation to yoga and meditation in the modern world, and adapting yoga for everybody. It is a comprehensive course, covering yoga methodology and sequencing, and various yoga styles so that classes can be tailored to different needs. We have certified over 180 teachers from all around the world who now have the knowledge, confidence, and professionalism to teach yoga safely and correctly for every individual.

Students who complete the training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).
You will be staying in a large tranquil sea view villa which features 8 private or twin rooms (most en-suite private bathroom and terrace), two sitting rooms, gardens, large pool, and full kitchen access.
Course overview/modules
All meals are tailored to your dietary requirements and taste. Once registered, you will be asked to fill out a favorite foods questionnaire. The kitchen is fully stocked for breakfast, lunch and dinner and salads, light meals and soups are provided Monday to Saturday by the housekeepers. You have full use of the kitchen to store and cook your own meals.
