In addition, your own topic can be addressed and worked on in the group. Group coaching is about processes, changes, changing perspectives, understanding/learning to understand a situation/topic/problem and finding solutions with the help of group members. The special thing about this is that you will use many yoga and mindfulness techniques to delve into the depth of the questions. Sometimes feeling, experiencing and doing is more helpful than talking.
A separate topic could be, for example, “how can I deal with stress better?” or “I would like to change a habit that restricts me”. Even if you don't have your own topic, you're welcome. The coaching processes in the group will enrich you personally, even without your own topic.
1-2 units of yoga, mindfulness and group coaching daily, depending on the group size, as the seminars always take place.
You can also deepen your own practice by the sea, inspired by the newly learned yoga mindfulness exercises. The 4 beaches with platforms always allow you to practice directly by the sea. Mats and pillows are available for you. You will receive individual assistance and support from Nadine.
Self-catering: a few steps away there are cafes, restaurants and shops for self-catering. There is also a kitchen available for you to prepare your own meals.
