This is a unique trip, with yoga, meditation, hiking, and backpacking. What is the difference between hiking, car camping, and backpacking? You do some short hikes without packs, as well as two nights car camping in a campground, with bathrooms available, and with your vehicles.
Backpacking is more challenging, leaving the cars and crowds behind and carrying your food and overnight equipment (backpack, tent, sleeping back, pad, etc.) on your back. The backpacking is not more than 3-5 miles maximum each day, but you will need to carry a backpack, sleeping bag, sleeping pad, and tent, and 3 pounds of community gear. If you do not have this gear, they may have some for you to rent.

Liz and Roy are thrilled to offer this amazing Olympic National Park adventure for the sixth time. The first trips in 2018, 2019, and 2021 were amazing! So much beauty. This trip includes hiking, meditations (walking and sitting), forest bathing (soaking up prana from the rainforest), beach yoga, yoga in a studio (in Port Angeles), backpacking, camping, swimming, and community. You will visit some of the biggest trees on earth and some of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

Highlights:-
What a great time of year to start your detox diet. Here is a recipe from the New York Times that is packed with nutrients to help with this process. Spring is all about renewal and letting go of unwanted toxins in the body. Other ways to help are to get a targeted plan from Dr. Holman, and get acupuncture and nutritional IVs.
This program includes almost all meals (15 total). You will be having meals outside a couple of times (not included, optional). Most meals will be cooked in camping style, healthy and tasty.
Note: Holman Health is pretty accommodating for special needs including vegetarian and vegan, but please, they ask for flexibility. If you simply have preferences, perhaps you can trust them to do their best, knowing they serve mostly organic, healthy foods.
Cooking for ten people out in nature can be challenging, so they ask for some flexibility, while doing their best to serve your needs.
