Skanda Ayur Yoga Goa 100 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Goa Course is designed to help students to get best knowledge of Asana and the health benefits of each Asana. This will help our students to know benefits of each asana and improve their teaching skills. The teachings are based around the five points of yoga — postures, breathing, relaxation, meditation, and diet. We extensively provide training on Hatha & Patanjali’s ashtanga system that stresses on ethics, breathing practices (pranayama), yoga postures (asana) and meditation. One can also learn about yoga therapy, Indian philosophy, Sanskrit and Vedanta. The course equips practitioners with all the skills they need to conduct yoga lessons independently, and pass on the core principles of Yoga to their students.

We serve vegetarian food. According to needs of our students we also serve gluten free and vegan food. However, if you have any specific conditions with the food such as food allergies, etc., we will be happy to prepare special food for you if you inform us in advance. 3 meals are served in a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food menu is prepared through taking into consideration of balanced nutrition needs.
