100 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Goa course residential, affordable & suitable for beginner yoga instructors.
The 100 hour Yoga Teacher Training Course in Goa (Pre-TTC) is part of the 200hr TTC offered at Abhinam Yoga Schools in Goa. 100 hrs ytt goa course is for students who do not have the time to complete the 200hr course in the traditional four weeks, instead, Abhinam yoga offers you the opportunity to complete the 200 hours TTC in two sections. These two sections must be completed within the year of commencement and the certificate will be awarded to the student once all of the required hours, assignments and examinations are successfully completed.
100 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Goa course syllabus follows Yoga Alliance Professionals 200hr YTTC standards, and includes learning the asanas of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series with an emphasis on how to teach in an injury free way to all age groups. 100 hrs ttc course will also have elements of therapeutic yoga as devised by MR. Abhinam Yoga Center located near Morjim Beach, Goa India provides 200 hours Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teachers Training Certification Course Program, 300 & 500 hours Yoga Teacher Training Certification Course Program and 5 days yoga workshops. The center provides food and accomodation at the site.
Abhinam Yoga Center has been started with the approach that a good teacher is one who is capable of being a good student. Yoga is a lifelong learning process; it is a life-style and demands a very humble, open and innocent mind.
We offer private and shared rooms with attached toilet and shower. Most of our rooms are private. However, some rooms have shared toilets.
Goa has 2 campuses. First Campus is in the Shala building while Second campus is 5 mins walk away from the Shala.

Goa International Airport (GOI), also known as the Dabolim airport would be the closest most convenient airport. The Morjim beach is about 70-80 km from the airport.
By Train
The Morjim beach is about 36 kms from the nearest major Railway Station, Pernem.
By Road
Near Morjim Beach located in the North of Goa. About a 10-minutes’ walk from Raj Supermarket Bus stand in Morjim. Buses available from Mapusa and Panjim Bus Stand.
1. Only students who have already completed 200 hr YTTC can join the +300 hr YTTC. If you have 200 hr certificate from another school then you need to send a copy or a photo of your certificate before the course starts.
2. The course fee does not include the cost for registration with Yoga Alliance for RYT 200 or RYT 300.
