Not enough time
Not everyone can take a month off for a 200 hr training, but a two-week 100 hour training can be much more accessible and might prove to be a good option if you have a busy schedule.
Need an easier training
A 200 hr training is also very intensive so a 100 hr training can be a better choice if you have any conditions that require a lighter approach, or if you just want to take it easy.
Wish to change locations
Since we offer the 100 hr training in three locations in India, it is a great choice if you’d like to travel and do the training. You can do 100 hr in one location and 100 hr in another!

Dharamsala is also the place where the Dalai Lama resides, along with the Tibetan government in exile since 1959.
The Mahi Yoga Center gives several kind of Yoga Teacher Training during the summer months, when the temperature is perfectly pleasant and the environment is blossoming and beautiful. Lessons are given at numerous places in and around Dharamsala, to the view of snow-covered mountain peaks and pine-forested valleys.
Mahi Yoga Center Dharamsala is one out of 3 Mahi Yoga Centers in India, founded by Guru Mahi. Growing up in a family of yogis, he gained lots of experience and deep knowledge of yoga and Vedic living. He opened up these yoga retreats to spread the science of yoga and he continues to teach at his retreat centers up until today, together with his international team of world-class yoga teachers, certified by Yoga Alliance USA.
Yoga Teacher Training Dharamshala rooms are spacious and comfortable. The rooms are clean and simple in design, installed with double bed and hot shower. All rooms are within 5 minutes walking distance from the main studio.
Mahi Yoga has a cafeteria only for the use of students and teachers. The food is exceptionally hygienic. The chefs prepare Indian, vegetarian yogic meals. All meals are nutritionally designed to provide students with all their body needs as well as instill healthy eating habits. Food is served on-site in the dining area at the main shala at Yoga Teacher Training Dharamshala.
