100 Hours Pranayama & Meditation Teacher Training Course Goa, India

100 Hours Pranayama & Meditation Teacher Training is a 10 Days course conducted in a seaside town in Goa, India at Devarya Wellness & Yoga Retreat. This course leads you step by step in mastering Pranayama a prerequisite for meditation. You will not only be able to tame your monkey mind but be able to inspire others too meditate. Some more details of what you as a course participant would learn are as follows :

1. Theory and Practice of Anuloma and Viloma with international and external retention
2. Kaphala Bhati, Bhastrika, Sheetali, Sheet Kari and Bhramari
3. Teacher's demo, group practice, one to one teaching and Teaching Pranayama
4. Meditation on Goddess Kali (Goddess of Energy), Meditation on Goddess Lakshmi (Goddess of wealth), Meditation on Saraswati (Goddess of Knowledge), Meditation on the Universal Energy ( Based on the Bhagavad-Gita) and Meditation on International Sounds - Laya Yoga Meditation

This course is designed for those who have completed 200 hrs yoga teacher training. Those who have can be registered with Yoga Alliance USA for Continuation of Yoga Education. If you have not done a 200 hrs yoga teacher training course you can also do this course only requirements are Basic asana practice, Ability to sit in a meditative pose for 30 mins and most important required is open mindedness.

The schedule for 100 Hours Pranayama & Meditation Teacher Training Course is as follows
7.00 AM - 9.00 AM :- Prayer, Asanas , Pranayama/ Meditation.
9.00 AM -10.30 AM :- Breakfast
10.30 AM -12.30 PM :- Two classes. Theory / Practices. 10 mins break between classes.
12.30 PM -3.00 PM :- Lunch break + Self studies
3.00 PM - 5.00 PM :- Two classes. Theory / Practice. 10 mins break in between.
5.00 PM - 7.00 PM :- Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation /Yoga Nidra.
* First day opening ceremony and orientation at 7 am.
* On 7 the day, classes will be up to 9 am only. This day is for Reflection/ Contemplation on your own.
* On 10 the day, certification ceremony will be at 9 am.

Following the seven main energy centers, there are several chakra rooms namely Ajna, Anahata, Manipura, Muladhara, Sahasrara, Swadhisthana, and Visuddha. Booking

• Deposit requirement is 30% of your total holiday cost and should be paid at the time of booking. The remaining balance then please must be paid in full, two months before your arrival date to Devarya Wellness. Full payment is required should your booking be made within two months of arrival. We would like to remind you that all deposits are non-refundable or non-transferable.
• Whilst it is unlikely that we shall have to make changes to holiday bookings or other matters, we reserve the right to do so at any time. We shall inform you as early as we are able to in the event that this is necessary.

Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 0 – 30 days before the start date of your holiday will be entitled to a 0% refund.
• Cancellations made 31 – 60 days before the start date of your holiday will be entitled to a 50% refund.
• In the unlikely event that Devarya Wellness is unable to fulfill a yoga holiday booking we will refund 100% of your payment or offer you an alternative arrangement. However Devarya Wellness will not be accountable for flight costs or other costs incurred outside of the yoga holiday package.
