Ramesh Shetty’s Mysore Ashtanga Yoga Shala offers 100 hour teacher training course for those students who are not able to finish their 200 hours course in one stretch. So here is the opportunity to finish the course in two phase, module of this TTC will be similar as 200 hours Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Course. When a student successfully completes 100 hour TTC he/she will receive a certificate from the shala which is not affiliated to Yoga Alliance, once when the student completes second half of the course he/she receives 200 hour course completion certificate affiliated to Yoga Alliance USA, in-turn they can register them self as registered yoga teacher.

After a certain days of Asana practice, your body demands some push or to practice under experienced teacher so that you can deepen your Asana practice and be much more connected to your Self. Apart from Teacher Training Course, Mysore Ashtanga Yoga Shala also offers vacation course where students can practise under experience Yoga Guru and get back to your Yoga mat and explore yourself.
During the course you will enjoy authentic South Indian food. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be provided from Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday you can prepare your food in kitchen which is furnished with all kitchen utensils. Fresh vegetables are picked from local market and good quality ingredients will be used in the preparation of food.
The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled. The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
